Kaw Nation Pow Wow

Summer NASA students received a special cultural presentation Tuesday morning, June 22 when members of the Kaw Nation peformed a pow wow in their full regalia, along with drumming and singing in the Kaw language. They also learned about the history of the Kaw Nation and why the pow wows are important to Native American Tribes.
