The Pioneer Technology Center SkillsUSA Chapter facilitated a pajama and book drive. The students leading the project were left to right Hope Henderson, Cosmetology, Evelyn Boren, Mechatronics, Madelin Newcomb, Marland’s Place and John Greiner, (Welding. Their goal was to donate warm sleepwear and nurturing books to support a comforting bedtime routine for children entering foster care. The chapter collected and donated pajamas, books and $500 to purchase additional supplies to the resource closet at Ponca City Marland’s Place.
