Main Street Cleanup
Everett Brazil, III/The Newkirk Herald Journal A large crowd gathered on Main Street Saturday morning, at volunteers hit the street to clean it during the Sprig Fling. Volunteers included representatives from Newkirk Main Street, Lions Club, 4-H, FFA and other supporters. The group was treated to a lunch of grilled hotdogs and sausages.
