Santa Claus made a special trip to Newkirk Friday morning, Dec. 23 to celebrate Christmas with Kay County employees at the Administration. The kids received special gifts and had their pictures taken with the Jolly Old Elf, which was followed a buffet of finger foods enjoyed by all.
