Smykil appointed new City Manager

The Newkirk city council welcomed Ryan Smykil as the new city manager at the city commission meeting Monday evening, Sept. 14. Smykil joins the city of Newkirk after several years with the Kaw Nation. Smykil will begin his new role Monday, Sept. 28.
