The Newkirk Tigers football team hit the field for the second of two preseason scrimmages in Fairland Aug. 28. The Tigers open the season against the Tonkawa Buccaneers for their first game tonight at 7 p.m. The football players, cheerleaders and band members will also celebrate Senior Night at 6.
