Diabetes Support
The Kay County Diabetes Support Group will meet Tuesday, January
15th, at 7 p.m. at Ponca City Medical Center Conference Room
"B."
Stacy Kraft, licensed clinical social worker, in private practice
at Hamilton Clinic, will give the program, "Wintertime Blues."
She has worked for nearly 20 years during which time she worked
at Children's Hospital of Oklahoma and the local Ponca City Medical
Center.
It is known that unless treated appropriately, depression, (or
other forms of mental illness) can result in individuals not
following diabetes self-management practices as carefully as
they should.
Stacy is qualified to give some insight into treatments for these
issues.

VFW Auxiliary
The VFW Ladies Auxiliary will meet January 15 at 10 a.m. in
VFW Hall.
Plans for the new year will be discussed. All members are urged
