Jim Crossland
 James Ira “Jim” Crossland, longtime Newkirk resident and businessman, died Wednesday morning, Dec. 3, 2014 at the Ponca City Medical Center. He was 80.
  Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Monday, Dec. 8 in the First United Methodist Church of Newkirk with the Rev. Paula Steinbacher, pastor of Church of the Eternal Hills, Tabernash, Colo. officiating. Interment followed in the Newkirk Cemetery.  Miller-Stahl Funeral Service was in charge of arrangements.
 Memorial funds have been established with the Newkirk High School Athletic Department and with the First Presbyterian Church.  Contributions be made in Mr. Crossland’s name to either through Eastman National Bank, Box 468, Newkirk 74647-0468.

Ed Litle
 Arthur Edgar “Ed” Litle, former Newkirk resident, died Tuesday, Dec. 2, 2014 at his home in Buffalo, Mo. He was 80.
  Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 9 in Hope Chapel of the IOOF Cemetery, Ponca City with Danny W. Cornish officiating. Interment in the IOOF Cemetery was under the direction of Miller-Stahl Funeral Service.

Roger Norvell
 Roger L. Norvell, age 72, went to be with his Lord and Savior, on Thursday, November 20, 2014. 
  Services were held Monday, November 24, 2014 at The Bridge Assembly of God in Mustang with interment in the Union City Cemetery under the direction of McNeil’s Mustang Funeral Service, Mustang, Oklahoma.
